Dr. Sollis manages the capstone program at Joyce.
Dr. Sollis has taught many courses here at Joyce University since 2018. She has been a part of the clinical team, didactic team, general education team, and skills lab/simulation team. She also taught biology, anatomy and physiology, and microbiology at Salt Lake Community College.
Dr. Sollis has been a nurse since 2012. She has experience with ICU, dialysis, and long-term care nursing.
Dr. Sollis helps her community by volunteering as a Girl Scout Leader.
Dr. Sollis’ favorite thing about working at Joyce is interacting with students in small groups and seeing them finally understand a difficult concept.
Dr. Sollis has a BS in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah, an ASN from Eagle Gate College, and a BSN and MSN in Nursing Education from Western Governors University, and a doctorate in nursing education from Regis College.
In her spare time, Dr. Sollis likes to read, watch movies, and sew.
