Dr. Marg instructs nursing students with the goal of helping them become excellent future nurses.
After earning a DNP in 2017, Dr. Marg transitioned from clinical nursing work to in-person and online teaching in classroom, simulation, and clinical settings.
Dr. Marg has been a nurse since 2007. During her clinical career she specialized in labor & delivery and special care nursery care.
Dr. Marg has volunteered on several humanitarian projects helping orphaned and abandoned children and children with mental and physical disabilities. She also belongs to the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care.
Dr. Marg finds great satisfaction in watching students grow and gain knowledge from the beginning of the semester to the end. She also enjoys working with professionals across the country. Being a part of a faculty team makes her feel that she is in the “right spot” in her life.
Dr. Marg has an Associate Degree in Nursing from Northcentral Technical College, as well as BSN, MSN and DNP degrees from Chamberlain University.
Dr. Marg enjoys swimming, being outdoors, cooking, baking, and painting. She especially loves doing these things with family and friends.
