Ellie Fuller is an Associate Professor at Joyce University.
Ellie Fuller has been a nursing educator at Joyce since 2022. She has taught in the ASN, BSN, and RN to BSN programs. Courses taught include: Care of the Pediatric Client, Nursing Health Assessment, and Contemporary Nursing Issues and Innovations.
Ellie Fuller specializes in pediatric nursing. She has worked on a pediatric surgical post op unit, a pediatric medical/surgical/neurotrauma unit, and in pediatric home health. She has conducted research for a pediatric hospital on how to implement and advance nurse bedside technology.
As an educator, Ellie Fuller thoroughly enjoys getting to know her students on a personal level and watching them progress and achieve their goals. She feels very privileged to support and advocate for her students on their nursing school journey. She loves teaching and sharing her passion for pediatric nursing.
Ellie Fuller has a licensed practical nurse certification from Davis Technical College, an Associate of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Weber State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University.
Ellie Fuller’s favorite things include traveling, being outdoors, reading, and spending time with family at their cabin at Bear Lake.
