Salt Lake City, UT – October 30, 2023: Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences ranks among Utah’s Top Workplaces of 2023 according to The Salt Lake Tribune’s annual, state-wide survey where employees provide anonymous feedback on workplace characteristics. With 166 companies recognized, Joyce University was ranked in the midsized business category with 201 Utah-based employees and 365 employees nationwide.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Taking great care of our faculty and staff enables them to take great care of our nursing students, who will go on to take great care of our community,” said Joyce University President and CEO, Dr. John Smith-Coppes. “What we do here at Joyce University impacts the community, and we’re so honored to be recognized for our superior work environment as we continue to provide superior education to Utah’s future nurses.”
The Salt Lake Tribune has ranked the top Utah workplaces for a decade, definitively showing employers what Utah employees look for in a workplace.
This year’s Top Workplace awardees were recognized during a ceremony held on October 25 at the Hayatt Regency in downtown Salt Lake City.
